Shipping policy

1. Processing

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Made-to-order products may require additional processing time, noted at checkout.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and delivery method. Free shipping promotions apply only where explicitly stated.

3. Delivery Timeframes

• Domestic (USA): Estimated 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• International: Estimated 7–21 business days, subject to customs clearance.
  All timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.

4. Customs and Duties

International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country.

5. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
If you do not receive tracking within a reasonable timeframe, contact studio@jaredjansen.com.

6. Risk of Loss

All items become the customer’s responsibility upon carrier acceptance. We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages once the shipment leaves our facility.

7. Returns

All return shipments must comply with our Refund Policy.
