Refund policy
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through www.jaredjansen.com.
1. Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- Certain items, such as made-to-order, custom, and final-sale products, are non-refundable.
2. Return Process
To request a return or exchange, contact studio@jaredjansen.com with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
3. Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item). Use a trackable service; we are not liable for lost packages.
4. Store Credit Only
We do not offer refunds. All approved returns will be issued as store credit only after the item has been received and inspected.
Store credit does not expire and may be used toward any future purchase on our website.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges may be granted for the same product in a different size or color, subject to stock availability.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of receipt, with photos and order details. We will issue a replacement, credit, or refund.
